Job Title: Lead Account Manager (Sales) 
- Contractual level: local management (same contractual level as in your own case)
- Main tasks and responsibilities:
i) analysis of existing trade agreements, commercial procedures and activities 
ii) support to and collaboration with HQ Management in the definition of the terms of trade agreements with customers in the Brazilian market;
iii) responsible for the implementation of global commercial policies for the Brazilian market;
iv) definition of guidelines for the Brazilian commercial structure based on the guidelines established and issued from time to time by HQ;
v) to support any issues that may arise in the management of trade agreements and relationships between Brazilian plant and its customers;
vi) organization and management of the resources of the Sales Dept.
Experience and Competencies;
- University Degree - (Economics & Commerce, Engineering, or other similar)
- Candidates should have matured several years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive field.
- Some experience in managing a small team: excellent leadership skills or potential for the same;
- Customer-oriented, excellent negotiation skills, high motivation to reach business and personal objectivies.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Good working knowledge of Italian would also be an advantage.
